A California native and 1971 public high school graduate, Mr. Spalding is active in his community as a member and officer in the Rotary Club of Novato. Before attending law school, he worked as a loan officer and manager in the farm credit system. Mr. Spalding enjoys tennis, skiing and camping in the great outdoors.
